If you contact us or submit a website enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, property or development site address, the type and stage of your proposed project, and the details you choose to provide. If you become a client, additional project documents, communications and business records may be collected as part of providing our services.

02. How we use information

We use enquiry and project information to consider your request, respond to you, prepare proposals, provide planning and related services where engaged, and maintain appropriate business and professional records.

We use website usage information to understand how visitors find and use our pages and to improve website content and functionality. We do not use the public website's Google Analytics tag to intentionally send the contents of your Project Assistant enquiry to Analytics.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through the website enquiry unless it is necessary for your request. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
